Grange Gallery, Dorset, England is a welcoming, stylish place to shop and be inspired by high quality art & design within an historic building. Located in a recently restored Georgian town house with a fairy-tale shop façade, the gallery is conveniently situated in the heart of Wareham, one of Dorset's popular Saxon market towns along side the River Frome.
Grange Gallery was previously located, on the Isle of Purbeck and was founded by Jason Cameron, Master Furniture Maker & Designer and Esme James-Cameron, Contemporary Artist & Designer. They always had a dream to create an inspired space under one roof, to live, craft and showcase their works to their clients and visitors.
Their town house has been doing just that for 260 years, steeped in history of the many families that once lived and ran their businesses from under it's roof, from printers & stationers to florists & greengrocers. The town house provides Esme and Jason with their home, the Cameron Furniture workshop, Esme's Art Studio, Grange Gallery and
Cameron Furniture Showroom.
They saved the Georgian town house from further disrepair in 2022 and spent 2023 carefully conserving and restoring the Grade II* façade. As with all historic properties there is still much to do and Grange Gallery will support the restoration and preservation of this charming historic property.
They are open all year round and both look forward to welcoming their visitors and clients to Grange Gallery where they showcase their own creations, accept art and furniture commissions, host creative workshops and regularly exhibit the works of Dorset inspired artists and makers.
